What families in Bromley need to know
- St Olave's Grammar runs a Stage 1 Entrance Test — confusingly abbreviated SET, which is not the same as Sutton's Selective Eligibility Test. One hour, multiple choice, covering English, logic (verbal and non-verbal reasoning) and maths. Stage 2 follows on 13 November 2026.
- Newstead Wood School sets two multiple-choice papers, verbal reasoning then non-verbal reasoning. Its familiarisation page links material from both CEM and GL, so the provider cannot be confirmed from public sources.
- Because the dates differ, it is possible to apply to both schools.
